cancellation policy

• Players will be held liable for green-fee for pax / bookings not cancelled at least 3 days prior to date of play
• Cancellations must be done during office hours 08h00 – 17h00 and furnished with a cancellation no.
• Queries will only be entertained if you are able to quote your cancellation number
• NO Shows and Late Cancellations will be charged at visitor rates R460 per person
• No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, unless the golf course is closed or as per General Managers discretion
